The REEL Project of California (R.E.E.L. = Recreation • Education • Empowerment • Leadership) connects youth, families, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and underserved communities with the outdoors through fishing, mentorship, outdoor recreation, environmental stewardship, and life-skills education. Fishing is the vehicle. Mentorship is the mission. Our goal is to build confidence, leadership, teamwork, conservation ethics, and positive relationships while creating unforgettable outdoor experiences.
